Webinar on cancer burden methodologies

Driven by the impact of the Global Burden of Disease study, several countries have decided to establish a national burden of disease study. Central to any national burden of disease study is the establishment of a coherent framework for routinely quantifying the impact of diseases and risk factors in terms of DALYs.

In our next burden-eu webinar, you will hear two inspirational examples of national burden of disease studies and their use of national data to estimate the non-fatal burden of different types of cancers. You will learn about the methodological frameworks chosen by each study with their strengths and weaknesses.

More information about the webinar and registrations are available via https://www.burden-eu.net/activities/webinars/654-webinar-estimating-the-non-fatal-burden-of-cancer-methodologies-of-national-bod-studies.
